Thiruchendur Murugan Temple is one of the most famous religious places in Tamil Nadu, located in Thiruchendur town of Thoothukudi district. This temple is also known as Subramaniam Swamy Temple. It is believed that this temple is very ancient, about 2000 to 3000 years old.
This temple dedicated to Lord Murugan or Kartikeya is very sacred and holy.
